Introduction

The Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using my services and website. By booking a service or using this site, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully so we're all on the same page.

User Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate info about their pets (medical needs, shot records, etc). Pets must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention, unless otherwise agreed in writing. I require 24 hour notice or more to cancel or move a previously booked service.

Liability Disclaimer

1. Owners Duty to Disclose:

Owners must disclose any behavioral issues, special needs, allergies, or medical conditions prior to services.
Owners must provide accurate emergency contact information and veterinary details.
Lindsey's Pet Care is not responsible for illnesses, parasites, or conditions not disclosed by the owner.
Owners acknowledge that I am not liable for damages caused by pets to property, other animals, or persons.
While I will take every precaution to ensure each pets' safety and well-being, I cannot be held responsible for loss, injury, illness, escape, or death of pets, or for damage to property, except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct.

Veterinary Care

In the event of an emergency, I will make an effort to contact the owner. If they cannot be reached, I reserve the right to seek veterinary care at the nearest available clinic. All veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the owner.
