Refund Policy
Payments
Payments for services must be made in full prior to or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged a cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
No refunds are offered for completed services. Late cancellations may be charged a cancellation fee. In the event I am unable to provide a scheduled service (due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergency), a credit or rescheduled service will be offered.
