Refund Policy
Payments & Deposits
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of the service prior to it beginning.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 3 days (72 hours) notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service or failure to show for a service will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may be subject to additional fees.

Refund Policy
No refunds are offered for completed services. Deposits are non-refundable. In the event I am unable to provide a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or emergency), clients will be offered the option to reschedule, receive a refund, or receive a credit towards a future service.
